On the topic of international technology transfer and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, all the participating parties talked freely about cooperation models and exchanged experiences.
In order to implement the guidance of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Government on strengthening the transformation of international innovation and scientific and technological achievements, this symposium was organized around exploring feasible paths for international technology transfer. The guests spoke freely, from project selection, talent team, capital docking, and college-enterprise communication, incubator cooperation and industrial chain mobilization, etc. to share practical experience.
Tus-Tech emphasized that it is necessary to do a good job in the analysis of the status quo of the R&D needs of domestic enterprises. In the transformation of technological achievements, the introduction and training of corporate talents should be used as a breakthrough to enhance the association and cognition between R&D institutions and enterprises, and to dig out the actual R&D needs of enterprises; Tensen said that the transformation of international achievements requires empathy, familiarity with foreign thinking, and practical solutions to the pain points of foreign technical parties. Only when you consider the details of both parties can you break through the demand barriers on the scientific research side and the enterprise side; Cambridge Nanjing Centre introduced the University of Cambridge’s rich experience in the transformation of results, and shared that the Centre is currently promoting the progress of matching international innovation resources with local industry needs as the link between Cambridge University, China, and Nanjing.
The holding of this symposium has created a good opportunity to strengthen the exchange and sharing of enterprise experience and deepen the cooperation of international technology transfer between enterprises. All parties at the meeting expressed that they would work together to create an atmosphere of innovation and work together to create a model for the transformation of scientific research results.
