Overview：

Lead the commercialisation and industrialization of the Centre’s research outcomes, build market channels, expand industry collaboration, and drive value realization from scientific research.

Key responsibilities：

1. Oversee end-to-end management of research projects and technology industrialization.
2. Develop commercialisation pathways (e.g., start-up incubation, patent licensing, equity transfer).
3. Build and maintain partnerships with government bodies, enterprises, and inventors.
4. Facilitate external collaborations to generate revenue and promote joint projects.
5. Lead start-up incubation efforts, including business negotiations and financing strategies.
6. Integrate entrepreneurial and investment resources to foster a tech-innovation ecosystem.

 Qualifications：

1. Master’s degree in science or engineering.
2. Over5 years of experience in technology commercialisation or related fields.
3. Strong execution, communication, and resource integration skills; proactive and dedicated.
4. Proven experience in industry cooperation or business development; fluent in English.
5. Alignment with the Centre’s innovation philosophy and development vision.

Compensation and Welfare：
