Responsible for the business operations of CUNJC, including but not limited to the commercialisation of Sci-tech innovation results and R&D project services.

Major role responsibilities:

1.Lead and actively carry out the commercialisation of research results in each phase of the CUNJC's ongoing projects, to achieve revenue generation.

2.Lead and actively conduct the planning of industry-university-research cooperation and the establishment of collaborative projects

3.Organise and coordinate the incubation of CUNJC’s achievements, assist the incubatedprojects’ teams to conduct technological entrepreneurship, provide incubation services and investment/financing support, and manage the introduction and settlement of incubator enterprises.

4.Organise activities and events related to project R&D and result commercialisation.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by the line managers.

Responsibilities of Management:

1.Assist CUNJC’s CEO in managing CUNJC’s operation, with specific responsibility for the business operation.
2.Concurrently act as the Head of the Commercialisation Department.

3.Supervise the Head of Project Support Department

Job Requirements:

1.Master's degree or above, with good spoken and written English proficiency, strong writing skills, and experience in preparing analytical reports.

2.At least 5 years of experience in commercialisation of research results (lower requirements for candidates with practical experience in technology transfer ); good understanding and analytical abilities in R&D projects; previous experience in industry cooperation, patent services, or market development or sales in Schi-tech sector.

3.Able to work independently, high initiative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and team management experien

4.Preferred Qualifications: Background in science and engineering, overseas study or work experience, experience in establishing startups or Sci-tech investment, and involvement in R&D projects.
