An exclusive programme designed and delivered by award-winning Cambridge lecturers, where centuries-long tradition of academic excellence meets the forefront of innovation in teaching and learning.
Welcome to the Cambridge University – Nanjing Centre Summer School in Economics and Data Science, an intensive and immersive academic experience designed for university students eager to engage with world-class teaching in the heart of Cambridge. Hosted at Selwyn College, a constituent college of the University of Cambridge, this three-week residential programme offers a unique blend of rigorous academic study, and cultural enrichment.
Our Summer School is led by Cambridge academics, award-winning lecturers and distinguished experts in their fields. Through small-group teaching, research-led instruction, and supervision-style discussions, students gain in-depth knowledge and critical thinking skills in Economics, Finance, and Data Science. The programme structure encourages intellectual curiosity and analytical reasoning, preparing students for future academic and professional challenges.
Beyond the classroom, students will experience the rich traditions of Cambridge life, including formal college dinners, career and leadership talks by industry-leading professional, graduate application advice, networking opportunities, and cultural excursions such as punting on the River Cam and a day trip to London.
With a highly selective admissions process and a limited number of places, we encourage students to apply early and become part of a prestigious academic community that fosters innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
